I have been fortunate enough to have travelled to many exotic and wonderful places. As I've grown older, I've noticed that what draws me to return to a particular locale is not the flora or fauna - fabulous as they might be - but the people. |

And particularly the craftspeople - the artisans - who daily create beautiful objects of art and usefulness just as their ancestors did. To watch them work, to talk and eat with these wondrous practitioners of vision, skill, and technique has become my new passion. I'm looking for a few folks with whom I can share this passion. Folks who want to go beyond sightseeing, to go beyond shopping sprees, to unobtrusively experience the creation of art in it's most natural surroundings. |
